Drove 35 miles to check this market our, glad we did. Starting with the plants outside to the produce,meat selection to lose teas and spices. The largest craft beer selection I've seen in a market, cheeses,hard to find yogurt. So much more. Today's take home 2xpork butts,2x 12pk craft beer,bag of whole bean coffee and a unique bottle of hot sauce. For all their wonderful items will make the trip.

This is the best grocery store in Florida. They have the best selection and they have multiple cashiers ready for service to get you checked out fast. And the prices are good too. This is the opposite of other stores like Aldi where you are stuck in line because they only want to have 1 cashier

We absolutely love Ward's!! Definitely a unique shopping experience, with butchers behind the meat display ready to help customers. The produce section is beautiful with an array of fruits and veggies (some that you can't find anywhere else). The wine and beer selection is definitely one that you'll need extra time as they have so many unique choices. They also have a huge selection of fresh herbs and spices, coffee beans, and more. Let's not forget the beautiful flowers they have out front as you walk in. I especially love the raw cow and goat milk selection they have along with their Amish butter (that butter tastes amazing). I also saw Smoked Butter!! Last but definitely not least, is the wonderful assortment of smoked, BBQd, hot off the grill/smoker meat! The sausage is to die for!!! And who can get enough of their Sweet Tea?! I would and do recommend Ward's Grocery to all my friends and family!

First time at Ward’s and I was really impressed. The store is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside, with a huge selection of produce, local products, and grocery items. I especially loved the bulk section and all the unique products I don’t usually find in regular stores. They also put a great emphasis on supporting local businesses, and there’s a solid range of vegan and vegetarian options too.

Ward’s is my go-to grocery store in Gainesville. It has a great mix of fresh produce, meats, and local products you don’t find in big chains. I trust where they source their food, and they always have fresh fruit and vegetables. I like that they mark boxes of fruit to show which ones are ready to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it feels like a place that really cares about the community. Shopping here is easy and enjoyable, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to support a local, family-run business.
